3、 Construction site requirements

1. In view of the particularity of cleaning work, the entire site must have been decorated or have relevant effective measures to protect the cleaned places from being affected.

2. No miscellaneous personnel are allowed to enter the construction site. Only with the consent of the owner and wearing the special shoe covers provided by the cleaning center can they enter the site.

4、 Cleaning standards

1. Glass: the frame and sliding track shall be free of stains, watermarks and dust; The glass shall be smooth and transparent without blur or watermark.

2. Power box and lamps: the switch, outer cover, inner cover and ceiling lamp shall be clean.

3. Toilet: ceramic tiles must be bright and clean without watermark or dust.

4. Stairs: handrails shall be clean and hands shall be free of dust.

5. Door: the door frame and door head must be wiped, and the concave and convex parts must be thoroughly cleaned with a vacuum cleaner or brush, without dust or watermark.

6. Walls: the wall corners and ground corners must be clean, and the walls shall be free of watermarks and dust after cleaning.

7. Floor: after cleaning, the floor should be clean, dust-free, free of marks, bright and clean. After the customer's acceptance, the footprints should be inserted with a clean mop.

8. Hall: the walls are smooth and free of dust, the switch box, air outlet, air conditioner outlet and other dust and dirt, and the lamps are clean.

9. Ground and corner line: no dust, dirt, smooth and glossy floor, bright stone.

5、 Matters that cannot be guaranteed

1. Dirt, dust, etc. in the double-layer glass and other things that are not within the scope of cleaning work are not guaranteed by a good cleaning center.

2. On the premise of ensuring personal safety, the good cleaning staff can not achieve the required goal of cleaning by using all measures, and the good cleaning center will not assume responsibility.

6、 Construction tools

2. Power box and lamp: brand new rag, blade and environmental cleaner.

8、 Supervisor acceptance

9、 Customer acceptance

Contact the customer after the supervisor's acceptance, and arrange a time to accompany the customer for acceptance. Rework the unqualified parts on the spot until the customer's satisfaction is reached.

10、 Checkout

After passing the acceptance, the customer will settle the account in cash or by check with the official invoice provided by zhongboshengtao cleaning.
